Enzyme cleaner works THE BEST

It works even better if you can clean and dry the spot regularly with something else first.

For carpet it will need to soak down underneath some because urine can soak into the padding under carpet and even into any wood under that. So if you can't lift the carpet to spray under it try wetting it liberally with the enzyme cleaner

Vinegar...good ole cheap Vinegar. Pit it on and let it air dry then top woth baking soda to get rid of the Vinegar smell

Nature's Miracle is a good bet. Just spray it down. (Not on the cat)

Urine remover, bleach mixed with hot water, and this stuff (in image) You can get it at most auto parts stores. Open a window nearby because it is STRONG
