I’m so scared to take medicine anyone ever use lavender essential oils for severe anxiety?

I really need some sleep and relaxation I’m miserable.

I haven’t ate in 3 weeks and I’m just like a lump on a log I’m scared to move around because of the heart palpitations.

Yes I run a hot bath with lavender oil, whilst I'm in the bath I leave my diffuser on with lavender in, so the rooms relaxed. Also use lavender pillow spray and body butter. Then I put on a guided meditation. I use an eye mask too which I find helps. Hope you get some sleep 😴 *make sure the oil is a good quality oil* x

I eat crackers and drink chamomile tea to help me relax.

Yes. I also use lavender hand cream because I usually place my hands near my face when I sleep. You have to eat! Drink water. Eat tiny meals throughout the day. Light stuff like cottage cheese, chicken broth with rice.

I take Zoloft and I was so scared to take it at first. But I been on it for like 6 months or so and it changed my life. My anxiety changed so much.
