I’m fostering a cat named Oliver who was given away by his owners. On the very first day, I noticed that his pee stinks extremely bad, like unbearably bad.
I got his kidneys and liver tested and it turned out he has high levels of urea, uric acid, ALP, T.BILL (I can post the report in the comments)
Now I’m shifting him to royal canin renal formula but the vets aren’t sure what they should do with his liver. One is suggesting flushing out his liver by giving him drips and the other is suggesting a liver tonic.
What should I do?
Why does my cat's pee smell so bad?
