I just got my first bunny on Friday. I got her from someone at work; his mom dropped 4 rabbits at his house an left.

I'm a sucker for fluffy animals, so I took one in. BUT.. her little feet and side are so dirty.

When I got home from work, I took her out of her cage once I got settled. She was hopping around the couch between my husband and I. Then she settled on my chest and laid down. I even heard teeth grinding.

I'm so happy she seems to be settling in so easily!

She sat there for a good 20 minutes and let me scratch her.

Don't mind the bad paint on the wall. One spot needs to be touched up from plumbing work and my birds pealed the paint on the spot right behind me.

Aww she is filled with happiness you can see it on her face! You have got to be a kind person to get that kind of cuddles already!

I love when rabbits just know they are now in a safe home and immediately settle warms my heart so much.

I'm sure everyone would rather see a lovely, happy bunny with relaxed mum cuddling beside a bit of torn wallpaper, than see a bored, sad or unhappy rabbit in a posh, tidy house whilst mum does the dishes.
