What is the best and easiest way to get a visa for these long periods of time?

Hello everyone! I am planning a SE Asia trip and am starting in Chiang Mai and will be doing a loop through Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and then entering back into Bangkok and then down through the South of Thailand.

I am planning on being in Northern Thailand for around 90 days. Then exiting and going through the other countries, and then re-entering Thailand around March for another 60ish days.

In terms of visas, can I apply for two separate tourist visas for these durations? If not, what is the best and easiest way to get a visa for these long periods of time?
