Just looking for ideas on how to update our facade

Not wanting to spend a fortune but would love to make it a little more modern.
We are going to retile the verandah and paint the facia and guttering.
Also in the process of redoing the gardens.
Please throw you ideas out..

Id clad the verandah posts in timber, and either tile or deck the floor, and add wide steps down to the lawn. Garden beds across the front of the house and verandah with contemporary plantings, something tall either side of that front window to frame it. Path in the lawn, or maybe steppers. New front door or screen too!

I actually think it looks like a lovely home, all it needs is better landscaping, less clutter on the porch, and a good clean.

Approx budget? There are many options to modernise but if I know how much you wNtvti spend, ideas can be more realistic for you.

With a 7-10k budget I would consider rendering and paint of the front, change pillars to solid square timber, new tiling.
