Joining a muay thai gym and training with locals and other expats! Highly recommend it. I was in Bangkok.

Ducked down an Alley in bangkok to photograph some wall art and suddenly realised it was actually the entrance to a little park where some lads were playing volleyball. We played and chatted for a bit and it was really lovely
