Any advice on a good satin water based varnish for the table top and chair seats?

Hi everyone, I’m in the process of revamping my dining room suite and have just finished sanding the table back to bare timber.

I intend limewashing the top and painting the legs dulux natural white to match my other pieces painted with chalk paint.

Any advice on a good satin water based varnish for the table top and chair seats?

I redo furniture and have always used British paints water based varnish. It’s a one coat system, it can be thick so I use a cheap plastic whisk from Kmart to use as a stirrer for it.
