If I am flying in business class from Doha to Atlanta, would I be able to access an arrivals lounge?

Does Qatar Airways offer an arrivals lounge facility? I have a lengthy layover in Atlanta before my final destination, which involves a flight with Southwest Airlines.

Although I hold Platinum Pro status with American Airlines, I am uncertain if they would grant me access to their lounge without evidence of a flight booked with them

The Club is the only Qatar affiliated lounge in ATL that I'm aware of and I don't think arrivals are allowed... Only departures. Admirals Club in T gates may allow access on arrival since you're flying a oneworld partner in business class.

Depends where it's located. Most of the lounges are past security. So if you exit as you go through Customs, then you won't be able to go back in without a departing ticket.
