I travel from SLC to Atlanta, GA and from Atlanta to Chicago and the Frontier crew didn’t load my luggage. I filled out a claim. But I read somewhere that I could get compensated but not sure how to go about that…
How can I call the airport to see if my bags are there… any advise?
Anyone knows how to go about my luggage being left by my airline?
When you filled a claim with Frontier, did they give you a form with a phone number to call? How long has it been?
They won't pay you for the contents of the bag for a month or more. If you are not at home, they usually will reimburse essentials with receipts until your baggage arrives.

Frontier does not have anyone that answers the phone. All you can do is chat with them. Which leads to no where. We had to file a claim form and notified the Federal Department of Transportation. Took a couple weeks to resolve the situation. delayed luggage must be filed within 24 hours.
