.. We would love to go abroad but as my husband has stage 4 cancer we think the UK may be our best bet (unless anyone has any recommendations for insurance for abroad 👀)

We are looking for somewhere with a hot tub necessity

Somewhere quirky if possible we have loved yurts and farm stays as well as lovely hotels etc in the past

Somewhere that’s fun for the kids either activities on site or anywhere we can travel to or even just a beach for football etc!

All as soon as possible due to poor health etc looking at weekend of Father’s Day!

I’m desperately scouring the internet but any recommendations you lovely people may have would be appreciated

Woolacombe Bay Holiday Village is great, accommodation to suit all including hot tubs in some.
There's entertainment every night and loads of activitys all day.

UK I would recommend tattershall lakes. They have hot tubs in some of the cabins too. Not too dear and lots for the kids to do.

If you want to go abroad there are definitely companies that will offer insurance. I’m a specialist nurse and lots of my patients have got insurance with insure with. They may be worth a try x

Bluestones, Pembrokeshire South Wales. Close to the holiday village/beach's in Tenby and Saundersfoot. Days out include Folly farm, Hethertons, Dinosaur Park and Oakwood park. In Bluestones there is a water park, lots of indoor and outdoor play areas. You can hire a golf buggy to drive your family around the park.

My mum has stage 4 cancer and there are some insurance companies that do cover cancer patients. I’ll find them out for you and get back to you. My sister and I are thinking about taking mum to Jersey or Guernsey for a short break as we live in Hampshire and can fly from Southampton Airport. Sending thoughts and prayers.

I am here at the moment -cherish glamping near Hawes in Yorkshire and its so lush. Not cheep (weve just done a camping pod elsewhere to balance the budget) but its so pretty and totally worth the money. Am so sorry that your husband is so poorly. Hope you find an amazing place

Sorry to read about your husband. Not sure what age your children are and where you’re located but brean sands in Somerset is really nice and unity farm you can get ones with hot tubs, also there’s seal bay in selsey which is a pebble beach but there’s some really nice accompaniment options with hot tubs and there’s sandy beaches a short drive away in west wittering

We’ve just been to haven Lakeland with 3 kids. We had a caravan but they do big lodges with hot tubs too. It’s a lovely site. Got it’s own lake with boats to hire and lake Windermere, beach and zoo not too far away x

Tattersall lakes! Its lovely around 30 mins away from me I've been there a lot over the years with my brood.

There's a lovely heated outdoor pool, nice bars, lots for kids to do, man made beach etc. Lovely quirky lodges/caravans have a look at the "Tribeca"

Price is very reasonable too and you're not limited to fri-mon or mon-fri either.
