Which method do you think gets the best bargain?

Both. I've booked in advance and watched prices go up and availability go down, and I've booked last minute and paid half what other people paid. If last minute you don't always get to pick exactly where you want to go - you just need to take what's available.

Well in advance. Only because I don't do spontaneous and like to be mega organised 😅 I've checked our holiday prices continously after booking and always found its been cheapest when I've booked it.

Definitely advance. Holiday for this year is nearly 1000 pounds more expensive if I booked now.

In advance, the same holiday at the moment is an extra £1500, I'll keep checking it an see if it ever gets as low as I paid
