What are the top places to visit in a short trip in Paraguay?

Hello, I will be traveling to Brazil, starting from Rio and and continuing South till Sao Paolo, Iguazú Falls and then enter Argentina.I realize that Brazilian Iguazú is so close to Paraguay, would you recommend me to travel there and then return back to Brazil and go south to Argentina? If yes, what are the top places to visit in a short trip in Paraguay? I am traveling by hitchhiking so my trip is super flexible!Also, if you want, please write me and maybe we can meet and travel for a short (or longer time) together. I  have a tent for 2 people. In Paraguay there are a hill named "3Kandú". You need to arrive to VILLARRICA. Near the border is nice Hernandarias and Itaipú (hidroelectric central).
