I want to get my husband a Kitchen knife for a Father’s Day gift
One that’s a bit posh and looks quite professional looking.
Just a general chopping knife for vegetables.
Does anyone have any idea where to get one from?
NOTE: He wants a Cleaver knife?! Someone on a YouTube cooking channel has one and he always says he wants one.

Russums supply chefs knifes & every type of kitchen supplies. They have shops dotted all over the UK & you can buy online.
Asked my hubby and his reply was wouldn't you be pissed off if I got you something for the house for Mother’s Day?
I wouldn’t but he has a point. Then after abit if chatting about gift boundaries he said he likes tk max .

As a man who love cooking and knives. I would 100% recommend you look on amazon and search for "Japanese damascus kitchen utility knife" I would be well happy with one myself.
Global knives are the best you can buy imo super expensive but the balance on them are incredible and they are easy to maintain well worth the money if he is serious about chef knifes.
T K Maxx sell absolutely top branded kitchen knives, all types and varieties and very very reasonably priced.
I bought my Chinese cleaver knife from the Chinese supermarket (wing Yip,) in Manchester. It's my favourite knife & wasn't that excellence. If you live near enough to get to a proper Chinese supermarket it is worth it..
I.O Shen knives are incredible, that's where I turn to when getting hubby a new knife, he also swears by dalstrong, procook, wusthof and global (he has a thing for knives!) lol
Victorinox knives are brilliant, we always used them when I worked in catering and now I buy them for home use. You can get them from nisbets.
