Are Grabs and Gojeks generally available in Bangkok/Phuket and Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh?

Is public transportation easy to figure out? I'm coming from Bali where I pretty much got a Grab Bike to get around.

Just wondering if it's somewhat the same in Thailand and Vietnam.

I've pretty much just been using grab in Thailand, only place where it didn't seem to be usable was Pai but wouldn't say that would matter much for you.

Grab is available throughout Vietnam and Thailand unless you are in a very remote area. In general you can use the taxis in Thailand but make sure they use the metre. It's super cheap then
