Does anyone have any recommendations please for a good, but not massively pricey, dehumidifier?

My adult son is only home every other weekend or so and his bedroom is in the cellar. There are windows and heating but the humidity level is nearly 80%. I’ve tried popping the heating on just in that room and the window is always open but it doesn’t seem to help much.

You also need to keep an eye on the humidity outside. At the moment, where I live, humidity outside is around 73%.
