Hi all! Has anyone been to Borneo (Malaysian part) recently? Can't find much info about buses between different areas, if anyone knows if they're still running would be awesome.

Thanks in advance..

While in Kk maybe you would like to try to go by train to Beaufort then train up to Tenom, sleep in Tenom then back again to Beaufort than continue by bus to Sarawak.

Other way you can go via Ferry to menumbok - labuan, stay in the island then continue ferry Labuan to Brunei.

For bario to make it more interesting maybe flight from Lawas to Ba'kelalan.

Ba'kelalan walk to Bario. Then Bario flight to Miri

Bus is running but not frequent as pan Borneo road work still on going, hence some places roads is not smooth.

This month actually lots of discount for AirAsia flight.

Hi, there are bus services between Kuching to other parts of Sarawak. The border points between Sarawak-Brunei-Sabah and between Sarawak - Kalimantan Borneo are already opened. If you need help in and around Kuching, I'll be glad to assist.
