Since 6,7 months I'm having an extreme pain in my back near my right shoulder

(shown in the picture below). The pain is internal and I cannot feel it by touching the skin r pressing the bone from outside. Pain starts and sometimes move towards chest and right arm and even in right side of face.

It doesn't happen on daily basis but I'm having that pain since many months as I have mentioned above.

So please tell me what could be the possible reason and should I be seriously concerned about that.

Apparently, it’s not heart related, but do get your ultrasound done to see any gall bladder stones, pain may radiate to right shoulder and back.

You may have a rib out of place, best to seek X-rays.
