Last night my resting heartrate was 102 I could actually feel my heart beating ..I ended up calling my dad for a chat cos I was feeling anxious about and it eventually slowed down to 89 resting.

Mines 64, but I have POTS and ehlers danlos Syndrome so it's normal to wildly fluctuate. Xx

Resting 40 to 50 for lying down but I'm sitting or walk 60/70
