I fall into this loop of googling my symptoms and then panicking because I convince myself I'm dying.
Anxiety is a scary thing and its honestly scary how much it can mock other illnesses.
What do you guys do to help stop yourself from googling all of your symptoms?
That’s what landed me in the er 5 times in 3 weeks I thought I was dying every single time bc I was on google and it made my symptoms 1000 worse than what they really were.
I now just force myself, when I start feeling weird and going numb, and lightheaded even chest pain I just keep my phone far away from me and try to do something else to take my mind off it.

They make my symptoms worse due to anxiety. I would rather just go to urgent care or my primary dr. It's not worth the stress it causes on your body.
Suggested: I don’t understand.. every time I go to bed I get anxiety now
