Here’s a pic of my ensuite. The house is still being built so it’s not quite finished yet. We took a real risk when choosing this navy but I think it’s really paid off.

Dulux Duck egg blue. An antique side board I painted and converted into a vanity.

Mine is a grey base but shows up navy. My island and ensuite vanity are the same colour too.

I did this sideboard. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not sanding it first so despite the special undercoat that was supposed to make the paint adhere to any surface, the slightest bump and the paint chipped off. It had 4 coats of paint including the undercoat.

I pulled a drawer out and the paint peeled off.

In the end I took it and had it stripped back to raw wood in a special dip that doesn’t eat into the wood. I love it raw but I also loved it the navy blue. If I get sick of it raw I can paint it again and at least this time it will stick.
