You are not protected at all with them no abta protection (corrected) but doesn’t change the fact they kept a hell of alot of peoples money!! Read reviews evidence is clear!!

Not to mention last year I went to corfu and the hotel we was in was advertised as a 4 star, reviews seemed good (enough) it was all inclusive, food was terrible, alcohol was absolutely shocking.

Paid over £1200, ended up spending money in the local cafe kanoni there which made our holiday but cost us alot more money as we had to eat and drink out everyday.

Contacted them and they refused to do anything!! Told me and in their words I quote ' it is down to personal taste' I think not!! The cafe kanoni was delicious as was other places in Corfu town but the hotel was simply awful.

We've used them loads and have a very expensive one booked through them for September.

Pay on a credit card for extra protection. Take out travel insurance. They are ATOL protected. They are a proper, professional company.

They are good prices but try and get hold of them if you have a query or issue with your booking and it's a joke!

I waited 4.5 hours to get through to them and then was told to email them to which I didn't get a response!! The worst after sales service I have ever come across.

Awful if you have a problem.. alot of people including myself have/had problems. Once they have your money they have completed their side of things and havezerointerestor empathy. I personally wouldn't try love holidays roulette ever again.

I've used them for many years, 4 times a year and never had any serious issues, I think they are cheap and cheerful. Maybe a different story if you have an issue to deal with from what I've heard but like I say I've never experienced that.

I’ve never had a problem with them. When I needed to change a person on my booking, I didn’t have a problem. I’ve used them for numerous trips but maybe I’ve just been lucky.

I've used them and not had any issues, although I appreciate it's not the same for everyone. Essentially they just package everything up for you so I would suggest using them to search for the hol but then booking the flights direct with airline, then booking the accommodation with them on a fully refundable room option (usually a bit more expensive but worth it if anything changes) then book the transfers with Hoppa or someone similar. You'll then retain more control with the booking and find it easier to amend.

Most of the time when there is an issue, it's not LH fault and people haven't understood that they booked with an agent not a tour operator - it could be the airline that's cancelled, hotel overbooked, COVID problems etc and as they don't own any of the airlines or hotels it's not always easy to solve.

If you did buy everything through then they are ATOL protected. ABTA doesn't mean a great deal when it's a flight inclusive package and doesn't offer you any financial protection anyway.

I've used them a few times and they have been fine. Only issue has been that you have to deal direct with airlines for any changes that a travel agent would normally do.

Honestly, don't risk it. If the slightest thing goes wrong, you're on your own. And that's if you get the booking you've paid for at the advertised price.

I’ve used them five times actually on one of them right now and never had any issues.

One of the holidays had to be rearranged because of covid and even that was smooth, you do have to change your flights yourself in this kind of situation but that’s not a massive issue when saving so much ££ compared to other companies.

Just booked a holiday with them for next year and we used for around 6/7 years can’t fault them even with out last holiday booked in 2019 amd only went on it this month 4 year delay covid and other things we moved the holiday 4 times in total amd all they charged was 25 pp fees, IMO can’t fault them and all ways been cheaper than other suppliers.

I have used them and they have been fine just remember they are not the provider of the holiday but an online booking agent for holidays unsold on other Agents lists they will email you the supplier link once you have booked.

Don't forget to take a look at: Has anyone got any recommendations for a hotel in Egypt or Turkey?

I’ve used them in the past but stick to easyJet mainly now as a package as they tend to be the cheapest and best for service with the good price around

I do look at TUI and jet 2 also but easy jet always come in cheaper.

I’ve read lots of bad experiences when things go wrong so steer clear as I don’t want the risk of hasstle x
