My monthly DD is going up by a further 65.00, a month!

Got a email from British Gas last week giving me good news that price of electricity is going down and they would let me know my adjust d payments, Read my meters today and submitted them and 10 mins ago got a email saying my monthly DD is going up by a further 65.00, a month… I give up…

When are their adjusting the tariff to the lower, I'm p& g and checked it as not changed yet, BG, topped up yesterday was hoping to show the change but still has not

You don’t have to agree. Ask them to lower it or keep the same. Good luck
