So I’m off to a cashless festival in august with my two boys aged 10&13. It used to be wear a wristband that I charge up directly, but they’ve stopped doing that this year and now recommend kids use Go Henry. Any pros/cons/hidden costs/alternatives?

Go Henry are expensive and rubbish customer service jn my experience. Ours have rooster cards now.

Wouldn't use go Henry as they charge you for your own money!! Best to sort a bank account with card or use something like revolut which you can add money to.

My son had his own Halifax card no charges nothing we had a go Henry and found the charges steep and the constant want for bank transfers to much.

Hyperjar! It’s the same as go Henry and you can have one to top up too so can put small amounts on incase it gets lost.

Go Henry is a rip off. Lots of free ones. 13-year-old is old enough for a proper bank account card.
