She has not start crawling nor tooth but trying to pick things around her. Is it normal?

It is normal.

Note that babies crawl when they are ready to.

Averagely, baby's craw at 9 months but some babies never crawl". Your baby is also a preterm, so give her some time.

Nothing to worry about for now, if by one year and there is no teeth, then see a Dentist.
