What maximum ML of breast milk should I give to my baby of 2 weeks per feeding to avoid overfeeding or underfeeding.

The quantity of milk to be expressed depends on your baby’s weight. Babies require approximately 100ml per kg per day. So your baby will need at least 650mls(going by the 6.5kg weight @2 months) Then divide the total quantity expressed into portions to be fed every 3 hours.

To boost breastmilk supply, you need lots of rest (endeavor to avoid stress & anxiety), take lots of fluids like water, eat adequately as well as be breastfeed-demand/often because the more baby sucks on the breasts the more milk will flow.

You should also pay attention to your breastfeeding technique to be sure you're getting it right because poor latching will limit the effective flow of the milk.
