I have had my Chonk for a month and mooshu for two weeks. They have been side by side for two weeks.

Then the other night Chonk escaped and laid right beside mooshu so we put them together to see how they would do.

It’s been 24 hours with no fighting.

They’re grooming each other, laying with each other and eating together.

Man, I love seeing all of these stories! My two are mama & baby and they will not re-bond since being separated. They fight constantly.. it makes me sad because the whole goal was to have them in one area together, not always separated.

These two bonded bonded insanely fast within 10 days they were almost inseparable to the point Winston the lil tan feller was trying to escape his room to see Willow, around 2.5 week mark we decided to trial having them in the same room and there was no issues at all and they were inseparable from that point on.

Yes. These two bonded very quickly. You could tell that in the first couple months, they were still solidifying their heirarchy and bond, so definitely keep an eye on them!!!, but they never fought. Pig (the mix) would occasionally hump Foof (rex) who was like, yeah ok about it.

My bunnies. Leia hopped into my yard. Took Han from someone who did not want him anymore.

Leia was with us for 6 months. Picked Han up the Saturday.

Kept them seperate till monday when they were both fixed.

Came hom in 1 carrier and has been inseperable for a year now

Hmm, my bun escapes often, maybe he's saying he's ready to be in the pen with my bun he has been next to since February.

So nice to see all of these posts. Of bunny love -- Is this mostly male female bonding? We have a female and want to get her a friend but rather another little girl to avoid separating and or desexing.

Don't forget to take a look at: Bunnies give birth very fast – Gestation process does not take long at all

We got lucky with our two. Our female was 5 months old when we adopted our neutered male. They immediately took to each other. (We introduced them in a neutral space). They have been living together since day one and they love each other! I'm sure it helped that our female was still so young.

Yes! My 8month old (neutered) boy bonded instantly with a 10week old Nethie girl.

And they were so in love until she died 3 years ago.

He has been an only bun since then, and is the love of my life!

But, he has met and seems to be ok with two new baby girls, and all being well they will be coming home very soon. Separated from him at first but I’m hopeful they will all be together eventually.

Suggested: Does anyone have an idea on why my bunnies act so feral [if that’s the right word]?

My boy minty and girl pepper bonded instantly within a day. It was crazy but unfortunately they are now unbonded due to mistakes from my vet and I know it was too good for it to happen so quickly so I’m scared to try again.

Mine did. I had a 6 year old male with a 3 month old male. Put the cages next to eachother and the 6 was instantly curious and wanted to see him. They are now 9 and 3 years old and inseparable. To the point that I added a 3rd one in fear of losing both when I lose the older one.

My first two rabbit's got on very well as my boy loves any animal he snuggles up to my cat and dog so when i got him a girlfriend he was so happy she took to him the first week I got her. Some bond so quickly other's can take a while.

& Don't miss: I have my first mini Rex baby and she is perfect! But she acts like I’m starving her

That happened with two rabbits we had years ago. My daughter screamed at me to come to her room. I thought something was terribly wrong! But one rabbit escaped from his enclosure. He managed to get into the other rabbit’s enclosure, and they were snuggled together!

My two New Zealand buns both female did fine at young ages then started to be dominant towards each other. I had to separate them. Now separated they have had a litter a piece. Thinking of doing a colony. Wonder how they would do together?

Our first pair of giant rabbits bonded instantly the day they met. Two years later and they're still inseparable.
