Anyone has PE’s tongue tie clipped? Does it help with eating?

Our dentist mentioned that my 3 year old PE has moderate tongue tie. It’s optional to get it clipped given he doesn’t have any language issues, but clipping can help swallow.

A myofunctional therapist can better tell you if it’s impacting chewing or swallowing. Sometimes only some therapy is needed.

We are clipping my 2 1/2 years olds tongue tie in 3 weeks. I really hope it helps!

Not yet but likely getting it done in a few months mainly for speech. I don’t think it causes him any issues with chewing or swallowing.
