A view inside our world – My Greenhouse

My partner and I built this in March of 2021. We use it all year long. A lot of my plants get taken outside for decoration during the spring then overwintered inside.

We use a wood stove and have a back up electric garage heater. The first year we planted directly into the ground. But it was dusty and the dirt got hard after a while and was hard to work with.

We do all containers now inside except for my monstera in the back.

We have a hydroponic system we’ve been playing with. Fish in the pond. We collect rain water in totes off our gutters and water our plants primarily with it. We have tap water that runs into our sink.
