Been growing outdoors since I was a kid. I decided to get a greenhouse this year. How does everybody keep theirs cool during heat waves? All tips and tricks are appreciated.

I use AC Infinity Shutter fans, T16 in particular. The AC Infinity T series comes with a smart controller allowing you to set high/low set points for temperature, humidity and VPD. The controller can control 4 separate devices, including the shutter fan. So I have my shutter fan, heater (winter)/oscillating fan (summer), dehumidifier and window/vent opener hooked up. It also logs the environment so you can view the history of environmental conditions.

It makes the greenhouse semi automated, providing peace of mind.

I also have shade cloth but only use it during extreme heat conditions.

I use my greenhouse to start my seeds from April-June, and then everything goes outside. Then I put up a 70% shade cloth on the roof I also have a temperature controlled exhaust fan, an oscillating fan, and on dry days, I prop the door open.

All those things together keep it out of the hundreds, and I'm able to comfortably work in it during the summer.
