I've seen lots of posts saying not too book with Loveholidays, but it's the cheapest about I can find.

Any recommendations who to book with instead?

Also, looking for recommendations for a AI hol for Aug 2024 to anywhere in Spain, for 2 adults and 3 children. But it must have Waterslidrs in the resort and be child friendly.

Thanks..

For everyone saying you have always used and no issues.

That’s great but there have also been people in the same boat who have always used and no issues.

Until there are issues.

It’s a chance you take.

No one can tell anyone who to book with as everyone is a grown adult.

But many people will try and steer you away knowing that if you do have issues it can be a costly issue.

I would always look at your main TO’s and also reach out to agencies that are independent that can do the same BUT you will have someone to talk to and you will be covered.

They basically find a flight and accom and price them together. Have a look at what you want and then look for the same flights and hotel and try to package it yourself.

EasyJet holidays have been good and it's a package so if flight gets cancelled they rearrange things. Love holidays buy the flights for you but if anything goes wrong they're nowhere to be seen. Not protected by regulators either.

I haven't looked through other replies so apologies if repeating.

Magic Natura was great when we went. It has a zoo and waterpark attached as part of your all inclusive - food in small restaurant in waterpark included, discount on food in the zoo but they are literally attached so if you want anything and don't want to pay just stroll back to hotel/waterpark. They run a courtesy bus into benidorm but my 2 were only really small when we went so we never left.

Magic Tropical Splash is OK as well and you're beside a small little village with little beach.

Also, check out: Holidays with onsite waterpark not Spain though..

All these people say fine no problems if anything happens then you find out how bad they really are honestly they do exactly what you can do don’t touch love holidays.

You will always have a mixed response, I've never used them but I've used similar in the past, Icelolly, on the beach and others I've found online and been OK, I've also booked reputable companies and independently, and it doesn't seem like EasyJet are doing so great at the moment, grounding flights and strikes.

Some decent insurance should cover against flights and accommodation.

I've used them loads of times. Even with luggage added on they're still loads cheaper. Did have an issue with not getting hold of them when I had to add a passenger on but I sorted this myself by contacting airline and hotel directly. If its cheaper than booking hotel and flight separately then just book it

I’ve used loveholidays and lucky have never had problems with them but I’m considering using easyJet next time because of the baggage allowance. Choose whatever you want it’s your choice. Just remember everything in life is a risk no matter what it is. Have fun!

You’ll always have mixed reviews and Diff opinions on any thread like this … you don’t really get a solid answer just lots of people arguing amongst themselves and getting upset over other people opinions -- which is the point of the post but sadly some folk can’t help themselves !
I’ve booked with lots including LH and had issues with several... it’s a risk we take I guess but these comments deffo won’t help you make a decision that’s for sure.
