I got an email from Octopus last night saying I'd been put on the tracker since 14th July
If you click on usage on the app it will say your tarrif. Then click again and it shows the ratea.
Is it not showing on your account on the app or via the website. I think the next day rates are not live until towards the end of the day.
Energy stats website usually have the rates for each area too plus historic.

Try looking on the app under usage and the click on the tariff name, that’s how I see my agile rates.
