We have recently been switched over to Octopus from Bulb. Having registered for a smart meter with Bulb around 3 years ago they never had any engineers in the area, but I managed to get this moved along with Octopus and our smart meters were installed last week.
Unfortunately we were on holiday and not here when the installation was done (our nephew was here, though). The switch was done last Tuesday and by Thursday I could see all the useage data in the app.
The IHD has no data, though. How long does it usually take the IHD’s to “catch up” and start displaying useage data? We had smart meters fitted in our old house, around 6 years ago, and as far as I recall, the IHD started displaying useage data pretty much straight away (that was with SSE.)

Our electric took a week or so to connect and then gas took months before it showed up the IHD.
