Recommendations please.. Want to get my daughter her first pair of hair straighteners but don't want to spend the amount GHD or Cloud 9's cost.

Is there a cheaper, good quality alternative out there?

I had a pair of mark hill temporarily when my ghds blew up. Ended up using them for years as they were fab!

I prefer these to my GHDS, Amazon sometimes have them on offer as Argos only sell them with the hair dryer..

Remington, as long as they reach a high heat, I bought some in boots 10 years ago for £40 and they're still going strong!
