Doctor said drinking enough water should, I told her I do take like 7-10 sachet of water per day, she said its not enough.

I try to improve on the way I drinks water but it's not working because was unable to drink more than 10 sachet max. I don't know what else to do.

You should be asking your doctors to EXPLAIN your blood test results to you. Don't do blood test by yourself in the lab without your doctors asking you. We don't explain such results.

7-10 satchet of water is 3.5 - 5L of water and if you drink that a day... It is MORE than enough

I don't understand the context of your doctor asking you to drink water so we cannot comment on it.

However, your water and blood level has nothing to do with each other. You better see another doctor in a government hospital preferably a Teaching Hospital.
