How can I lose weight and breastfeed at the same time?

Hello Everyone. I have been following this website for a few years. I have seen how people have transformed their lives here with experts' help. I am also seeking the same. So I embraced motherhood in November 2021.

I have been taking care of my baby since then. During my pregnancy my weight shoot up and reached near 70 whereas earlier I was height is 5'4. Now I want to reduce weight but due to my schedule and responsibilities. I cannot workout properly.

If someone can guide me how I can have calorie deficit or intermittent fasting then it would definitely help.

I am breastfeeding. So that should also be considered.

Hi. Congratulations on the new baby!!

Start with small changes in your lifestyle. Add protein, salads in all meals, reduce consumption of junk, processed foods. Add complex carbs, fruits, good fat in the routine.

Make sure you are having 3-4 litres of water, 6-8 hours of sleep.

Start with increasing activity levels gradually. Increase step counts. Include 3-4 days of

weight training (2days upper body, 2 days lower body)

Once you start making these changes, observe your weight and inches over a period of 10-14 days.
