Lost inches and gained good amount of muscle mass. I can lift heavier now too. And have increased stamina for daily chores. I am also a mother of a 3 year old baby and hence my activity levels are always high.

But the thing is i am making a very slow progress when it comes to my tummy and love handles. One day i will see some sort of cuts in my tummy and then next day it looks bloated and no change..even inch loss is not as fast as it had been when i started. I workout 5 days a week. Train each muscle group twice. My TDEE is 1700 and currently I am taking 1500 calories.

I am very meticulously about my diet. Hardly deviate.

However sleep is not on point as we cosleep and I am a light sleeper. Cant shift baby to another room.

Hey there tummy is last think on weight loss journey and how many times in a week you train on abs. TDEE seems to be less actually, try and improve on your sleep

You are being too hard on yourself. You are already doing a lot to be fit. Enjoy the imperfections too.
