Has anybody sent stamps to royal mail to be swapped for the new bar coded ones?

You can't do it over the counter, you have to fill a form out then send them off.

Post office have a form/envelope for you to complete. The address is on there. Got mine back yesterday, took about 4 weeks but easy to do.
