I am looking for storage or a way organise my child's stationery and art book/magazines

The best bit is that the lowdown comes from YOU. Round here, you are the influencer. You shape the board and make it great. We want you to get involved by writing posts and comments to inspire us, teach us, challenge us or simply make us laugh. The power is in your hands, literally.

Something he can see his pens. Perhaps a unit or something attached to wall, maybe magazine rack or shoe, please show me how you store you kids magazines and stationery.

My eldest has a homemade arts and crafts table. It’s absolutely fab and organised (majority of the time).

This is great and you can move it easily! You can add accessories to it as well.

I hot glued gunned together lots of cans, the ones with the pull tops, I then duct taped round the edge. I have them stood upright.

B and q sell a metal panel in different sizes as part of their kitchen accessories then there’s various shelves and tubs that have magnets on but pretty much anything magnetic will stick to it.

I e not managed to put my panels up yet but have some tubs on my fridge freezer to hold our specs and pens out of reach if the wee ones and the rows of hooks on one side for our aprons.

I would look on the marketplace and see if you can get a single kallax unit, they are 1 square wide by 4 squares high, could do a shelf for magazines/ colouring books/ pads a shelf for arts and crafts/ one for stationery the top one for the messy stuff! I just want to say tho, I absolutely love this picture I couldn't help but smile seeing your little one's creative area (arty momma here) IKEA also have a metal rod you screw to the wall and then like cups that attach, they are fab to use as pencil pots etc xx

Don't miss: I am wondering if anyone can give me any recommendations of places to stay (we are camping in tent)

We did this this weekend- all IKEA, and you can get as many different bits on it as you want.
