Attimes, the stomach always mk sounds and she will fart or poo, could it be actually what I'm eating (I take tea almost everyday) we are on EBF.

Secondly, she took immunization on her two thighs and had slight temperature due to that.

It depends on what noise... It is not unusual for one's tummy to make noise for both children and adults... Most times just gas movement.

As long as the stool is normal, do not worry about the frequency.

Fever is an after effect of immunization. If the baby is ok now, kindly stop worrying about it.
