Having second thoughts about tiles.. Need some help!

Has anyone used white mermaid fan/ fishscale tiles as a feature and regretted it?

I prefer large tiles (1200cm wide x 600cm high) looks almost seamless and so little grout. Super easy to clean. Smaller tiles = lots more grout to keep clean and clean up.
