I'm thinking – Can I tell my doctor to induce me. It is safe for the baby?

My EED is July 28,Aug 1,2,4. I want to deliver this week latest on 4th of August because I'm already having false labour.

I'm thinking if my baby did not come on 4th of August can I tell my doctor to induce me. It is safe for the baby?

This is my second pregnancy I was induced in first pregnancy at 40weeks one day.
