My body always itches me after bath – I don't know what to do!

Good evening doctors, thanks for all you do. I need help, my body always itches me after bath I don't know what to do, presently I just stopped using sponge, I don't know the type of soap to use, I notice this since childhood till now. Please help me out.

You are allergic to something. It could be soap, the water or what is inside the water or its temperature cold or hot.
