My baby [11months] seems am not adding weight at all

Good morning doctors.. Am 28years of age and I can't remember if I've ever deworm!

I've a baby of 11months and it seems am not adding weight at all, also don't feel sleepy much, and I can't eat much food.

I want to know if dis as to do with lack of deworming Please!

You can deworm if you want to so you can remove that from your mind.

See your doctors if you are still worried about your sleep, weight and appetite.
