Where would your top recommendation be for a family trip with 2 teenagers?
Mom of a teen here. I have learned lately that doing is better than seeing during our travels.
Look into Belize.
Scuba diving, snorkeling, paddleboarding, jet skiing, swimming, bike riding, in laid back Caye Caulker.
Then rent a car/hire transportation and drive two hours west to San Ignacio for ziplining, cave tubing, spelunking, horseback riding, hiking, visiting ancient ruins.
English is spoken by nearly everyone in Belize and if you are from the US, no need to exchange money since they accept US dollars for payment.

My March travels with kids have been Italy, Germany and Spain. All wonderful times of the year to go!
March would be a great time to go to Europe because it would (hopefully) be less crowded than summer. I’d do a cruise so that you can explore different ports.
We took my daughter to Rome, Ephesus, Athens, and Pompeii on a Celebrity cruise when she was twelve- the ancient ruins are amazing to see!
You can check also: Hubby & I visited family in Phoenix & Mesa Arizona for a few days recently

Belize. Start with an inland experience and then San Pedro (with some lounge time on Caye Caulker).
Europe…Barcelona, Seville/Madrid; Paris/London….we’ve done all of these with our tweens/teens; also Eastern Europe, esp Prague, Vienna, Budapest were favs.
Costa Rica or Belize are also nice options.
Don't miss: We are thinking about our first family ski holiday.. Are there places that include all ‘the gear’?

Great Barrier Reef; snorkelling and diving with thousands of tropical coloured fish - not to mention 'Whitehaven Beach' sailing excursion to pure white (baby powder) sand, the result of coral spawning.
Our kids can’t stop talking about our family cruise to Greece (that was 6 teens/college kids). And the kids of mine that have come to Thailand when I’m over there have loved that part of the world, too!
I am there a few months of the year and one kid has been for many months and another just a few weeks. It’s pretty hot in March, but it’s rarely cool.
And from Thailand you can also get to Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and more fairly easily.
Explore these too: Please: A family resort close to a beach = Budget is £600-£700pp
