My 8 months 2 weeks baby like eating biscuit, is there any side effect?

BISCUITS, Sweets and Pastries are not healthy snacks. You can give fruits. Do not give junks as alternatives and patiently and perseveringly introduce healthy complementary feeds.

Below are healthy Snacks for children: Boiled eggs, well cooked liver (diced), well cooked meat or fish, bean cakes/akara, bean puddings (moi-moi), bambara groundnut puddings (okpa), banana, pawpaw, mango, orange, avocado pear (or any fruit in season), boiled plantain, boiled sweet potato, bread with groundnut paste/margarine, milk, yoghurt, soybean milk, etc.
