Good day Doctors, I am a first time mom ,had my baby 4 months ago so am yet to see my period and without it I can’t calculate my safe period and I don’t like the idea of family planning since am not done giving birth for it not to affect my system etc. So, please, is there any good contraceptive I can use for the main time.
