I made this one with leftover timber from another project of mine.

If you are tall enough we put a shelf above the door frame, works a treat we keep all the toilet things up there - loo roll, toilet cleaners etc which means you aren't looking at it as soon as you walk in.

Don't miss: Has anybody had this happen to their toilet flush?

4 boys and we can fit a 48 pack in the rattan basket next to it.

We have ones similar to this. Ours is from Aldi and the only difference is we have a solid and not slatted door.

Fits next to the toilet cistern in the corner.

We have the Kmart shelf but I have seen some awesome hacks with old solid wood CD towers being painted and the toilet rolls being stored there.

I store excess in bottom of linen cupboard. Just put spare on top of cistern when almost gone.

There’s poles that sit on the floor and you can stack rolls on it. Otherwise, there’s some cool ways to store on the wall that look like art.

I've seen a tall box with rolls stacked before. Also a base with a long dowel just standing on the floor.

I used cheap tension rods between the two walls above the toilet, and stacked a row of toilet paper on each one to make a 7x6 grid of rolls on the wall above the toilet.

The tension rods aren’t really very visible under the toilet paper, and we needed a passable temporary solution before we knock down the bathroom next year.

I would do the same again with shallow picture ledge shelves if I needed it to be an ongoing solution I think.

Plus, when the lettered Christmas WGAC arrives you can spell fun messages on the grid.
