Please Help! My kids left a container with permanent marker on it in my Frankie Stone sink and it has transferred over.

Does anyone have advice to help lift the stain? I Have used bicarb and vinegar, toothpaste, jiff and gumption and nothing moving it.

Also can you replace a under mounted sink easily? I do have OCD and am absolutely devastated.

Alicia Arcidiacono oh ok I bought some stuff at my local carpet place and was told it gets almost anything out of anything!I was going to give you some to try but I’m in Victoria! I got nail polish off my carpet I could not believe it!I was told it get beet root stain off bench tops too.

It’s $20 a bottle I buy it for my friends instead of a bottle of wine :( and it’s a litre last forever unlike wine.

I would ring the manufacturer, they will give you the correct answer.

Tried a whiteboard marker? It’s what you use to remove permanent marker off a white board by going over the top or the permanent marker. Different application but maybe worth a try.

I’d also call the sink manufacturer and see what they recommend.

Good luck!

Try a dishwasher tablet, often works wonders on bench marks.

I use bushman’s or areoguard, and make sure I wash any residue off. Swear by it, same thing happened to my stone bench top.

Contact the manufacturer, or where you purchased the sink. Also consider contacting someone who repairs granite/ Caesarstone benchtops- they often have tricks and repairwork- and they are so good, you can't tell after they've been out.

Good luck.
