it depends on what you want to do, we renovate bathrooms for a living and they vary between 25k and 35k, you can do it for less if you know what you are doing, but there are little things that can trip you up and end up costing a fortune to fix.

I would make the new entrance at the hallway as where the bathroom and toilet meet is dead space that could be used better so that you can have a bigger vanity instead of a corner one.
